Attending the ceremony were Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA; Senior Lieutenant Colonel  Keo U Don, Deputy Representative Head of the Ministry of Public Security officers of Lao P.D.R in Vietnam; representatives of the Training Department of MPS, leaders of functional units within the PPA and 15 students of the training course.

After more than one month to work hard and effectively (from October 16th - November 27th, 2015), under the dedicated guidance of full-experienced lecturers of the PPA and the practical investigation officers, in accompany with the reasonable methods of connecting discussion with practical study, the training course provided the trainees a system of comprehensive knowledge of investigation profession, including: Organization and operation of the investigating agencies; coordinating relations and international cooperation in investigation activities; some basics on the tactics of criminal investigation; methods of investigating for specific crimes.... Finishing the course, 100% trainees met the requires of leaders of the PPA and the Training Department of MPS and were awarded the Certificate.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Keo U Don, Depute Representative Head of Office of the Ministry of Security of Lao P.D.R in Vietnam expressed deep thanks to MPS of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, General Department of Police and the PPA for creating the favorable conditions to help students during their training course. He reiterated that the Ministry of Security of Lao P.D.R was always ready to cooperate with the PPA and hoped to organize more cooperation programs in the future.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the PPA, Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President praised all trainees for their efforts to overcome all difficulties and obstacles on culture, language to fulfill the purposes and requirements of the course. He hoped that the gained knowledge in the courses would effectively support for the trainees in the fight against crime in the world in general and in Lao P.D.R in particular, thereby contributing to promoting friendship and cooperation between MPS of Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Security of Lao P.D.R.
