At the Ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee, Directorate, Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA has sent congratulations to Laos trainees at the PPA to celebrate 38-years of the National Day of Laos PDR. He emphasized that Vietnam and Laos are the neighboring countries which have closer and long-lasting traditional relationship with special solidarity which was formed in the glorious struggle for independence, freedom of the both peoples.

Senior Colonel Tran Minh Quality confirmed that during the past 51 years, the Ministry of Security of Laos has sent more than a thousand of students and officers to participate in different courses for studying and researching at the Academy in many different training levels. After graduating at the PPA, the Laos trainees have completed the assigned task of protecting security and order. Many of them have been appointed to be important positions in the State Agencies and in the Security Forces of Laos PDR.

Vice President of the Academy also informed that about 200 Laos students have been being trained at the PPA. During the studying process, the Laos trainees always make efforts in learning; try to overcome the difficulty, especially in the language to gain the best results in studying and practicing.
