Throughout the talk, Dr. Doan Huong asserted the important role of the Armed forces towards the Fatherland. For each student who is being dressed in the green uniform, not only is the personal honour but also the enormous pride of the whole family and homeland. This fresh green is the dream of millions in this country; however, not all people have the capacity of attending the most prestigious academies in Viet Nam.

Dr Doan Huong also emphasized: The pride and responsibility always go hand in hand; the glory and difficulty, challenges always are associated together; apparently, the students of Course D40 have achieved the record highest entrance score on so far, which can be considered as a favorable start yet also a beginning of a long, hard and patient route till the end of life. Therefore, each student should learn and practice hard right now to boost one’s physical strength, literary styles, revolutionary ideals in order to maintain dignity and image of the people’s police of Vietnam, always strive for becoming a good typical police officer to accomplish all assigned duties, deserves the love and faith of civilians.

The speech ended successfully with the long-lasting significance. Specifically, the right-living philosophies are thought carefully by the PPA’s students, which would contribute to orientating their life style as well as the ways to follow the chosen career since entering the gate of the Academy.
