Leader of PPA receives Minister Counsellor of Russian Federation Embassy in Vietnam
On January 20th, 2017, Lieutenant General,
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA paid a courtesy meeting to Mr.
Vadim Bublikov, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of the Russian Federation in
Vietnam and Ms. Natalia Valerievna Shafinskaia, Director of the Russian Center
of Science and Culture in Hanoi. At the meeting, the two sides exchanged a
number of cooperative activities in the coming time, including the coordination
of teaching Russian language for the PPA’s students in order to improve the
quality of education and training in the PPA as well as contribute to promoting
the beauty of the country, people of the land of silver birch to officers, lecturers
and students of the PPA.
