Mr. Chang Jae Yun thanked the PPA for helping him to complete his tenure in Vietnam and affirmed that despite working positions, he always supported the good cooperative relationship between the KOICA Office and partners in Vietnam, especially the PPA.

Leaders of the PPA and representatives of KOICA Vietnam believed that the cooperative relationship between the two sides would further sustainable development in the coming time.
