Bich Thu was born in 1989 at Bac Ninh province. She is a final-year student of the Investigation faculty of the PPA

Currently, Bich Thu is a party member

She gained title of excellent student of the PPA in three consecutive years with 15 certificates of merit at many levels...

...specially title “Typical student of police school between 2007-2009” from the Public Security Force Building General Department

...and the third prize of science research in 2008-2009 and the first prize of science research in 2009-2010

She also gain the second prize at the first miss PPA contest in 2009

...and the best behavior prize at that time

Bich Thu is also famous for a MC and a young writer.

She is head of the PPA internal journal.

Ngo Thi Bich Thu, the second winner of  the first miss PPA contest, is not only beautiful but also talent with many significant achievements in learning and youth movement at the PPA
