Bachelor's degree program in law with specialization in Criminal Justice in PPA is built on the basis of the framework program for regular university level under Decision No. 29/2005/QD-BGD & ĐT, on September 16th, 2005 by the Minister of Education and Training, with the consent of the Ministry of Education and Training in accordance with official Dispatch No. 4681/BGDDT-GDĐH, on August 28th, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training about permitting the PPA to carry out the mission of training university level with bachelor's degree in law for the civil since 2014 - 2015.
Training subjects: Pupil of high school who chosen through university entrance exam in law with specialization in Criminal Justice of PPA according to Regulations of enrolling students of Ministry of Education and Training; People's Police soldiers who are working in People's Police force and other subjects fail in an exam of national university, however, have registration with the second aspiration to study law with specialization in Criminal Justice in PPA and enough marks according to Regulations of enrolling students of Ministry of Education and Training.

Volume of accumulated knowledge: 132 credits
Students are trained in Criminal Justice of PPA having profound awareness of Marxist-Leninist, Ho Chi Minh's thought, guidelines and policies of the Communist Party and State on protecting national sercurity and social order; university degree in law, systematic thinking in legal science; systematic and in-depth knowledge of criminal justice in service to general counseling, synthesis, legislation, inspection and judicial support, the state management related to criminal juctice; being proficient in foreign language and possessing necessary skills prescribed by the PPA; have firm grasp of the legal system of Vietnam related to criminal justice, such as: the Criminal Law, The Criminal Procedure Law…
Graduates take degree of Bachelor of Law in criminal justice, become capable of working for procuracy offices, courts and judicial support organizations.
