Welcome new year festival at PPA
On January 4th, a festival with the title "Welcome new year 2013" was taken place at the PPA with participant of students from the PPA and other university in Hanoi, as well as visiters from Embassies in Vietnam. This is an annual activities which gathered a lot of cultures from many country such as Korea, Japan, China, Lao, Bristain.... together.
