New contributions of the thesis:
1. The results of the thesis contribute to supplementing, gradually improving and enriching the theoretical system on state management on order and safety in general and state management on traffic order and safety on the expressway in particular, such as: clarifying basic characteristics of the expressway and traffic order and safety on the expressway; theoretical issues on state management of traffic order and safety on the expressway of the Traffic Police force. 
2. The thesis evaluates the relevant situation and the status of state management activities on traffic order and safety on the expressway of the Traffic Police force from 2010 to the end of 2020, clarifies the achieved results, the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; and points out the causes of the existences and limitations. On that basis, the thesis makes forecasts and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of state management of traffic order and safety on the expressway of the Traffic Police force in the coming time.
3. In term of practice, the thesis can be used as documents for the officers, soldiers, leaders and commanders of the Traffic Police force to apply to enhance the efficiency of state management on traffic order and safety on the expressway.
