As part of the project ""Establishment
of E-Library at the PPA" which is granted by the KOICA from 6th-19th
September, the PPA delegation led by Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang joins
in the training workshop on library skills in South Korea. This was the second
training course with the main contents on the technology communication
application in the management of electronic library system.
