The thesis has built a system of theoretical issues on crime prevention and environmental protection violations in the field of import and demolition of used ships according to the function of the Environment Police. In which, focus on building and clarifying: concepts, characteristics; legal basis; content; measures and coordination in prevention.

3. The thesis has researched and clarified the situation and characteristics related to crime prevention and violations of the law on environmental protection in the field of import and demolition of used ships according to the function of the Environment Police. In which, it has focused on clarifying the characteristics of the relevant natural conditions and socio-economic situation; situation, characteristics, structure, dynamics and causes and conditions of crimes and violations of the law on environmental protection in the field of importation and demolition of used ships. The thesis has surveyed and analyzed the organization of forces, means and the current situation of preventing crimes and violations of the law on environmental protection in the field of importing and dismantling used ships according to the function of the Environment Police. On the basis of the results of the current situation survey, the thesis has made comments and assessments on the advantages, limitations of shortcomings and the causes of limitations and shortcomings in prevention, as a basis for forecasting and building solutions.
