As a part of Asian Region Law Enforcement Management Training Program (ARLEMP), on February 13th, 2012, the PPA held a seminar of 23rd ARLEMP attracting participation of police officers from Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Laos, Indonesia, Brunei, PPA students and Palestinian ones at the PPA.
At the seminar of 23rd ARLEMP, participants focused on discussing multi-culture communication program, law dissemination research, transnational crime investigation, prevention of drug-related crime, human trafficking, illegal weapons trafficking, high-tech crime, money laundering as well as management and leadership skills… Also, participants and PPA student discussed together to learn more about Vietnam law system and criminal judgment execution force.
The 23rd ARLEMP is a special training program for Asian region’s senior police officers, started in 2005 and lasts in 2012, aims to improve communication skill and specific management skill of police branch. This is also chance to connect participants, create cooperation relationship between Asian police force in implementing crime prevention duty.
