Implementing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on training cooperation between the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security and Mozambique Ministry of Home Affairs, on September 14th, the PPA formally welcomed the Mozambique delegation of Ministry of Home Affair led by Mr. Jose Mandra, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs visiting and working at the PPA.
Receiving and working with the delegation is Major General. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Canh, Deputy Director of the PPA and leaders of functional units.
At the meeting, basing on the contents of the MoU on training cooperation between two countries, the PPA and Mozambique delegation focused on discussing cooperative plans and directions in the field of police training between the two countries in the coming time and exchanging experiences in police training model at university and post-graduation level at the PPA as well as organization, management and education of foreign students at the PPA.

The visit of Mozambique delegation at the PPA confirmed and further strengthened the cooperative relationship between two countries in general and between police force of both sides in particular, towards develop a relationship of cooperation on police training between two countries more closely, sustainable, practical and highly effective.
