The thurible ceremonies were held at the People’s Public Security Academy and the People’s Police Academy, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of August Revolution and 75th founding anniversary of the Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945-2020) and the inauguration of a monument dedicated to late President and Minister of Public Security General Tran Dai Quang in the compounds of the two schools.

Minister To Lam and other delegates offered flowers and incense to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, General Tran Dai Quang and other late Ministers of Public Security in different periods.
