Researchers, policemen and businesses discuss approaches to reduce economic crime

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and addressed the workshop.

This was an opportunity for researchers, officials from public security units, relevant governmental agencies and economic organizations as well as businessmen to evaluate the situation of economic crime, highlight achievements in the fight against economic crime, and discuss approaches to prevent economic crimes at enterprises in the future. 

At the meeting, researchers and businessmen pointed out various difficulties and obstacles to enterprises’ production and business, and suggested creating more favorable conditions for enterprises to develop, thus contributing to minimizing economic crimes at enterprises.

Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong affirmed the need for the organization of the workshop as it provided participants with both theory and practical experience in preventing and fighting economic crime. 

He stressed that the People's Public Security Forces always want to coordinate with the ministries, branches, localities and the business community to build a safe, healthy and transparent investment and business environment with the aim of minimizing economic crime.
