On occasion of New Year of the Dragon, Lieutenant-General Pham Quy Ngo, Deputy Minister of Public Security pays a new year visit to the PPA on January 24th.
Major General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, Director of the PPA received warmly Deputy Minister and briefed the President on the academy’s operations and tasks in 2011.
He said the PPA carried out plans to educate and training the police student as well as foster officers and leader, striving for becoming a key academy of the branch and nation.
During the Tet festival, the PPA will sent student to Hanoi police to help the Hanoians welcome the New Year festival in a peaceful, happy and healthy atmosphere, as well as arrange officers and students on duty to ensure safety and order at the PPA.
Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ngo congratulated the PPA on their achievements over the past year. He attributed the branch’s achievements to educate and train police force and keep safety and order in nation.
