Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Xuan Muoi, Deputy Head of the Force Building Genaral Bureau and 115 outstanding children, representing over 5,000 ones achieving excellent results in 2010-2011 school-years.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Xuan Muoi appreciated their academic achievement in results in 2010-2011 school-years. He emphasized 2011 is the first year launching National action program for children in the 2011-2020 period and the national program on child protection during the 2011-2015 period; therefore, the party committee and leaders at all levels need to care more about children protection, caring and education at their units, strengthen propaganda and enhance responsibility for the children protection and caring of police officers and soldiers in general and in family in particular.

Senior lieutenant Bui Diep Nga, Deputy Chairwoman of the People Police Academy’s Women Union and PPA officers’ children were commended and rewarded   Also, at the ceremony, there are five outstanding children of PPA officers commended for their academic achievement including Nguyen Duc Anh, son of comrade Nguyen Hoang Minh (the Criminal Investigation for Hot Traces); Nghiem Thanh Binh, son of comrade Nghiem Xuan Minh (the Prisoner Education and Rehabilitation); Nguyen Hung Quang, son of comrade Nguyen Van Man (the Traffic Police); Pham Khanh Huyen daughter of comrade Nguyen Thi Le (the Food Supply); and Vu Trong Dat, son of Phung Thi Ly (the Food Supply).
