Attending the Closing Ceremony and cultural exchange program were Colonel Thai Hong Cong - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security; Colonel Vu Duc Tinh – Member of Standing Committee of Municipal Party Committee, Head of Uong Bi Public Security Department. On the PPA’s side was Lieutenant-General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem – President of the PPA and leaders of Faculties, Departments together with 316 students of Criminal Justice speciality.

During the period time of practicing, the PPA’s staffs and students organized many meaningful practical activities, such as: Local police reported on the situation of organization and operation of the political system of the Public Security force; the socio-political, economic - cultural, security and order situation in Yen Thuong Commune and Uong Bi City; students attended two trails of the Uong Bi People's Court, visited, thurified at the memorial monument of the heroes and martyrs; cleaned roads, alleys, offices and schools in the commune area; cooperated with the Tung Lam Developing Joint Stock Company to plant more than 100 apricot trees and visited the Yen Tu relic.

At the same period, the PPA’s officials and students also congratulated Yen Thuong Commune Women’s Union on the occasion of the International Women's Day 8/3; visited and presented gifts to 40 disadvantaged families in 04 hamlets (Khe Su I, Khe Su II, Nam Mau I and Nam Mau II) with total of 20 million VND; organized a law propaganda on drug prevention, ensuring traffic order and safety at Ly Tu Trong Secondary School; mobilized the masses to join the movement of "Whole People's National Security and Defense".

The socio-political practice of the PPA’s teachers and 1^st course students of Criminal Justice speciality was successful and made a good impression on the image of the PPA’s students among the masses.

To encourage and commend individuals, officials and students with outstanding achievements in this socio-political practice in Thuong Yen Cong Commune, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem – President of the PPA presented certificates of merit to 45 comrades; Chairman of Uong Bi People’s Committee presented certificates of merit to 30 comrades and Chairman of Yen Thuong Commune People’s Committee gave certificates of merit to 121 comrades.

In the evening of 16^th March, 2016, the PPA in cooperation with other units organized the Closing Ceremony of this socio-political practice and cultural exchange program in an exciting atmosphere to celebrate 85^th anniversary of establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union with great performances.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel. Le Kim Binh - Head of Steering Committee for this socio- political practice program expressed his sincere thanks to the Party Committee and People's Committee of Uong Bi City; Party Committee, People's Committee of Yen Thuong commune; Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security Department; Uong Bi Public Security and people in Yen Thuong Commune for coordinating, supporting, helping the PPA’s students to fulfill the proposed program.

Also on 16^th March, 2016, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem – President of the PPA; Colonel Thai Hong Cong - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security; the leaders of units visited and planted souvenir trees in Uong Bi police station, Yen Tu relic.
