On march 4th 2016, the PPA solemnly held an ending ceremony of the transition course 28, 2012 -2015 academic year for 506 students.Vice president, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat – vice president attended and presided over the ceremony.
In 2012, the PPA organized admission of the transition course 28 from Vocational Primary College to University with 7 majors: Administration of Social Order; Prevention reconnaissance of social order crime; Prevention reconnaissance of economic crime; Management of road, rail traffic safety; Management of education and rehabilitation of prisoners; Prevention reconnaissance of drug crime; Advising armed security commanders for order and security.

Summarizing the course, 260 students ranked credit, accounting for 51%; 20 students ranked high distinction were granted certificate of merit by the PPA Board of Directors. The success of the course comes from efforts of each student; attention and close guidance of the Party Commitee, Board of Directors; enthusiastic assistance of teachers.

At the ceremony, the Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat – Vice President of PPA sent congratulations to 506 new bachelors, while stressing: "At present, the security situation is more complicated, increasing crime with new types of crime. So after graduation, the 506 new bachelors should know how to apply flexibly obtained knowledge into practice, whole heartedly serve the people to deserve the trust of the Party and State”.

On behalf of 506 new bachelors, student Tran Xuan Thai in class B2 expressed his deep gratitude to the Party Committee, the Board of Director of the Academy and the teachers who had created all favorable conditions for students to complete their course. "The transition course 28 group promises, after graduation, to continue learning, training, improving qualities, ethics, humility and taking all endeavors to become the People's Soldiers "both red and expert" as the President Ho Chi Minh commanded".
Ending the ceremony, the Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Vice president of PPA awarded diplomas to the new bachelor's and Certificates of Merit of the Academy Director to 20 students with outstanding achievements in learning and practice.
