Signing the MoU is the practical activity to enhance mutual assistance, strengthen the comprehensive cooperation between the PPA and the Academy of Politics.

The signing bases on the principle of equality and responsibilities, in which Rights and obligations in the implementation of the MoU contents includes: Education and training, Scientific research, Trainee Management, Scientific information and other activities. Every 6 months, two Academies will summary, assess the results of the coordination.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Prof. Dr. Truong Giang Long - Deputy General Director of the Political General Department, President of the Academy of Politics expressed his sincere thanks to the PPA for supporting the Academy of Politics complete the assigned political tasks. He also affirmed, the whole of Party Committee, Directorate Board and officers of the Academy of Politics would always strive for implementing the coordination regulations in MoU effectively and successfully.

In reply to the leader of the Academy of Politics, Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of the PPA expressed his pleasure at the growth of the the Academy of Politics for 2 years of establishment. He reaffirmed that in the system of training institutions of MPS, the PPA and the Academy of Politics were two of the leading center of scientific research and education and training at the undergraduate, postgraduate level and fostering leadership; therefore, he hoped that the signing of the MoU would encourage further cooperation relations in scientific research and education and training between the two Academies, contributing to the successful implementation of all the tasks entrusted by and leadership entrusted the Party Central Committee and Ministry of Public security.
