Deeply remember the Uncle Ho’s ideology, the education system of Vietnam is increasingly improving and developing to meet the requirements of new situation, without the exception of the PPA, where the policemen are trained to protect country and people. In  recent years, according to the orientation of becoming the leading scientific researching and training center of the MPS, striving for being a national-standard university, the PPA has made a lot of efforts into all aspects of work, beginning the human-resource development. Aiming to improve the quality of training, the Party Committee,  Board of Directorate of the PPA take measures to train the staff of officers and lecturers. On the occasion of New Year, the Editorial Board would introduce to readers some typical officers and lecturers of the PPA.

Teacher, Colonel, Dr. Bui Tien Dung – Head of the Department of Armed Police.

Nearly 30 years of serving in the People's Public Security Forces and over 25 years with the training career of the PPA, Colonel. Dr. Bui Quoc Dung - Head of the Faculty of Armed Police - is happy, enthusiastic to share with us about his career of "ferryman" at the PPA.

Being a former student of the Anti-Economic Related Crime Police Course D16, with outstanding achievements and desiring to become a teacher of the Academy, he was assigned to work the PPA for 1995 to the present. Before taking part in the training career of the PPA, he used to be a student of the People’s Police College and was administrative managing officer of Binh - Tri - Thien Public Security. He was promoted for many other positions such as Team Leader, Head of Youth Board of the provincial Public Security Department. In 1990, he passed the entrance examination of the PPA.

Over 20 years of working at the Academy, he used to be the Secretary of the PPA's Youth Union  from 2002 to 2007. He made a substantial contribution to the growth of Youth Union work and youth campaign of the PPA. For the achievement of dedication to the cause of  education and training of the Academy, he was awarded many medals, badges, such as: "For the national security", "For the educational career", "For the young generation", "Truong sa soldier" and other certificates about Youth Union campaign...

Sharing about his own story, Colonel, Dr. Bui Quoc Dung said: "Each person only has a youth age; so please keep it, make it useful, do not waste the youth age, please spending the time on learning, practicing and participating in activities as well as equip yourself with the life skills and bravery to deserve to be "both red and specialized" People's Public Security soldier"

2. Teacher, Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Head of Department of Student Management

Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan was a former student of the Criminal Police Specialty of the PPA and has been working at the Academy from 1996 to the present. Initially at the PPA, he worked in the field of Student Management for two Academic years. In 2003, he worked as the lecturer of at the Department of Criminal Police Faculty. In 2007, he worked as a Secretary of the PPA's Youth Unions. It was confirmed that he has made a great contribution to the development of youth union work and youth campaign of the Academy. In November 2009, he was appointed to be the Deputy Head of Department of Student Management. In 2012, he was appointed to be Deputy Head of Department of Anti-Environment related Crime Police Faculty. In 2013, he transferred to work at the Office of the Academy. In April 2014, he was appointed to be the Head of Department of Student Management and held for position until now. Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan shared that: "Despite experiencing many different work positions, I always feel very lucky to be attached closely with students and always work hard for students."

Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan has been awarded with medals, badges for making remarkable achievements for 15 years of the working at the PPA by the Central Youth Union. He is one of ten outstanding officials of the PPA in 2 continuous years. Besides, he received many titles from the Ministry of Public Security and the Political General Department..

Major Colonel, Dr. Pham Thi Phuong Loan - Deputy Head of Department of Scientific Research Management.

In spite of having worked for over 15 years at the PPA, Mrs. Pham Thi Phuong Loan has remained enthusiastic, passionate for work which was shown from her eyes, her teaching style and thought. To her, the teachers have to sets a good example for the  students to follow. Therefore, she has shown her professional and efficient working style. She not only tries her best to help students with scientific issues but also keeps learning, researching and widening the knowledge about science. She said that: "The emotion that the science brings to me is indelible." She still clearly remembered the moment she decided to pursue the passion for science, when she received the first prize in the contest of "Student doing scientific research", organized by the Ministry of Education and Training. She realized that her biggest desire was continuing to stay and work at the PPA, boost the inspiration of science to the next generation. With relentless efforts, she received the title: "Excellent teacher of the Ministry in 2013-1014", the merits of the Ministry of Public Security. She was the "Main lecturer" in 2014 and Deputy Head of Department of Scientific Research Management in the Academic year 2015 - 2016.

She is not only passionate for researching science but devotes herself to the cause of education and training. She hoped to be as a bridge for students to approach the knowledge horizon in a great educational environment that the Party, the State and the Ministry of Public Security has been building and developing. It also means that she requires her students to pay more attention to their self-study to improve their knowledge, integrate with the regions and the world.       

Lieutenant, Master Lai Thi Hien - Deputy Head of Training Management Team 1 of Department of Student Management, Deputy Chairman of Women’s Union of the PPA

Many female students mentioned Mrs. Lai Thi Hien with the  beloved name - "Mother Hien". To her, the wonderful memories of students are the main motivation to express her love for female students unconditionally. She fondly remembered about the period of time when she participated in practice for the contest "Moral young managing teacher " in 2012. At that time, she was quite disturbed, anxious. But the encouragement and enthusiastic support from the hinterland - her students together the their sharing on education management, made her more confident to enter the contest.

with the slogan "all for beloved students",  she has made contributions to the Cause of training and education management and received the invaluable awards. The position as a Deputy Head of Training Management Team 1 of Department of Student Management, Deputy Chairman of Women’s Union of the PPA created chance for her to make great efforts on the way of training the students. More than ever, she is well aware of the importance of student education and management, especially for female students. Because she said that: "Women in any jobs could play an important role of the task "holding fire". Female teachers not only are capable of working well but are also strong emotional support for female students. They set good examples for female students, which encouraged them to become the "Steel Roses" of People's Public Security Forces  

Being one of outstanding examples of the PPA, the above-mention teachers keep on studying, researching to occupy the peak of knowledge, overcome difficulties to fulfill the assigned missions to deserve to be the main officers of the PPA. On the occasion of New Year, the Editorial Board would like to gratefully wish teachers happiness, health and success to continue to educate and train the students in the future.
