Seventy years ago, on August 19^th, 1945, the August Revolution gained the great success, our national history turned over the new page that came to the liberal and independent era. Simultaneously, the Public Security Force was founded, contributed the sensational victories and achievements to the reverberated country’s history. Thousands of comrades bravely sacrificed for the people’s independence and freedom, contributed to creating the beautiful images in each Vietnamese heart and mind. Seventy years from that historic moment, the Public Security Force has developed persistently, protected the national securities and the people’s well-being steadily and deserved the Socialism Party, Governmental as well as the people’s beliefs.

The youth of the PPA continuously keep in mind the great honor and pride to be studied, trained and worked in the rank of the Public Security Force, resume the glorious and courageous tradition of the Public Security Force of Vietnam. The PPA’s students nowadays are grateful to receive the attention of the Party, Government, Ministry of Public Security, especially the thoughtful contributions and supports of the PPA’s lecturers, officers and employees so that they have the best conditions to study and trainining.

During training time at the PPA, each generation of students objectively determine the tasks of enhancing the revolutionary virtues, studying, training and fostering of the professional qualifications so as to become “mature and professional” police officers with sufficient capability to serve the people and the nation; deserve the leader’s and lecturer’s trust.

With a view to definitely deserving and enhancing the glamorous tradition of the Public Security Force, the PPA’s Youth are determined to:

1. Regularly cultivate the moral, political qualities; make the great efforts to learn and implement devotedly Six Clauses that President Ho Chi Minh taught the Public Security Force.

2. Promote the senses of responsibility, initiative and dedication to work; deal with difficulties and challenges; complete excellently the curriculum; strive to obtain the best results in studying and training; early achieve the outcome training standards that the Academy has proclaimed.

3. Maintain the disciplines; strictly abide by regulations of the Public Security Force; determine to build the increasingly developed PPA; deserve to be the key tertiary educational institution of Ministry of Public Security and is reaching the qualifications of becoming the one of nation by 2018.

With the tremendous honor and fierce pride to be the officers of the Public Security Force and the responsibility, enthusiasm of the youth, the PPA’s students endeavor to accomplish excellently all the assigned tasks in order to deserve the leader’s, lecturer’s and people’s affection and expectation; deserve the seventy-year brave tradition and honor of Vietnam Public Security Force.
