Morning 09/8/2012, People’s
Police Academy held solemnly a Closing ceremony and awarded Doctorate, Master
of Laws graduation 2012 for 09 doctorates and the 164 MA students of 17th course
(not focus) and the 219 MA students 18th course (in focus).

Attended the ceremony were Major
General, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Tu, Deputy Director of General people's public
security forces development; Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thuat, Deputy
Director of PPA; Representatives of the Departments, Offices, Centers, teachers
have been teaching at postgraduate Departments of the PPA, and the new Doctors,
Masters 2012.
During the training institutions with the close direction
of the Public Security Ministry, Education and Training Ministry, leaders of General
people's public security forces development, Departments, the efforts in
learning and training, the students completed well content and training
programs, Advance theories to attach to practical work, response timerly tasks
in preserving national security and social order security.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Major General Nguyen Xuan
Tu highly appreciated the academic achievement of students in courses, he also
hope the students will apply flexible knowledge learned in the course to
practice prevention and fight against criminals can contribute to the maintaining
political, economic, social
stability, effectively serving the renewal of
the Party and State has in place.
