At about 3.30 pm on Jan 7th, 2015, while
crossing Lane No.39, Hao Nam street, O Cho Dua ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha
Noi capital, suddenly, Le Hung - third year student of Criminal Investigation specialty
of the PPA came across 2 suspects who were standing near a white Honda Lead motorbike
which the registration number was 29E1.14118.
Being clear-headed and mentally alert,
Le Hung watched for and discovered their offences. At the same time, when hearing
the shout, Hung immediately ran after these suspects. In spite their struggle,
he quickly knocked down one of the two suspects by his technical martial art,
then, he and the owner of the motorbike captured the other one and took those
two to the Police Station of O Cho Dua ward to investigate.
At the police station, after being
interrogated, the two suspects declared to commit the crime. According to the
report, they were Nguyen Quang Hung, born in 1985 (he had 2 criminal records
related to Property Robber and Illegal Drug Storing, Trafficking and Trading)
and Nguyen Tien Hung, born in 1980.
Le Hung’s action represented the sense
of responsibility, agility, courage and intelligence against crime. He was
rewarded by the O Cho Dua ward Police and the President of the PPA.
