Volleyball League of the People’s Police Magazine has 8 teams, including many strong teams who have competed and won high prizes in the leagues organized by the Ministry of Public Security such as: The People’s Police Academy; The People’s Security Academy; The University of Fire Prevention and Fighting; The People’s Police College; Team of the Mobile Police Headquarters; Team of Ha Nam Public Security; Team of Hai Duong Public Security and Team of Border Guard Headquarters.

The league is organized to promote the movement of physical training and sports, to improve the fighting strength and capability of the officers and soldiers; At the same time, enhancing the relationship between the Academy and the local units, between the units inside and outside the Ministry.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Associate. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang – Vice President of the Academy mentioned that: The Volleyball League was held in the atmosphere of celebrating the 50^th anniversary of The Academy’s foundation, thereby, affirming the the movement activities at the Academy in recent years. For the league to be successful, Major General Dang Xuan Khang proposed the referee should be just, honest, fair, objective; Athletes participating in the competition must uphold the spirit of unity, honesty, creating beauty in sports, providing the audience with great moments.
