Leaders of the two parties signed a memorandum of cooperation

At the ceremony, leaders of the PPA and Hong Ha Stationery Joint Stock Company signed a memorandum of cooperation. Accordingly, the PPA is responsible for supporting Hong Ha Stationery Joint Stock Company in training and fostering officials and workers in high-tech crime prevention and combat; Hong Ha Stationery Joint Stock Company will support the PPA in the implementation of volunteer programs, some activities in the month of Youth, traditional day of the two parties. At the same time, providing products manufactured by the Company at preferential prices to promote the movement “Vietnamese people prefer to use Vietnamese goods”...

The cooperation between the two parties is carried out regularly according to the plan and adjusted to suit the requirements and tasks. The memorandum of cooperation is drawn up on the principle of equal rights, obligations and duties in the implementation of the commitments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Quang Luyen, General Director of Hong Ha Stationery Joint Stock Company expressed his delight at the success of the signing ceremony today. At the same time, the memorandum of cooperation will become the premise, the legal basis for the long-term cooperation between the two parties in the future.

On behalf of the Party Committee, the Directorate of the Academy, Major General, Associate Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA emphasized that in order to maximize the effectiveness of coordination, the parties should plan specifically. As for the PPA, the Academy committed to cooperate, exchange in a spirit of voluntary, to be ready to help Hong Ha Stationery Joint Stock Company according to the ability upon request.

On the same day, the delegation of Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum visited and exchanged experiences in the interpretation and introduction of museums to the visitors; they presented the typical objects of ethnic minorities in the North West for the PPA’s museum.
