On April 16th, 2018, the Theoretical Subcommittee on Social Order and Safety - Theoretical Council of the Ministry of Public Security in collaboration with the PPA organized a scientific seminar on “Communication work of People's Police force”. Senior Colonel, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Huong, Vice President of the PPA presided over the seminar.

The seminar drew the attention from leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, general departments, departments, local police agencies, training institutions inside and outside the People's Police force, scientists, lecturers, senior specialists, etc.

At the seminar, the delegates focused on analyzing and clarifying some main contents:

- Identifying issues related to the communication work of the People's Police force;

- Analyzing and evaluating the regulations on communication in the People's Police force;

- Current situation and experience in information and communication activities of the People's Police force in protecting social order and safety;

- Skills in dealing with communication problems of the People's Police force.

Summarizing the seminar, Senior Colonel, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Huong, Vice President of the PPA appreciated the opinions of experts. These opinions would be recorded and researched to find more effective measures, contributing to the improvement of communication work of the People's Police force in the current period.
