From December 12th to 15th, 2019, the PPA and the Dien Bien Police Department organized a volunteer program which delivered supporting sets of gifts which valued of over VND 600 million for 150 primary school pupils of 03 schools with difficult conditions in Nam Po district, Dien Bien province.
In this program, the PPA installed the “Green Energy” Project which included a set of solar and wind energy to May Hoc School to provide the light for classrooms and encourage teaching and learning activities of teachers and pupils in the mountainous area.
The children have to study in the condition of no electricity
The program also presented 150 sets of gift including blankets, jackets, books, notebooks, school supplies to pupils at three schools in Nam Po district, Dien Bien province to encourage the children overcome the harsh conditions of weather in the winter. This opportunity also contributed to motivating the local teachers and pupils to fulfill their teaching and learning tasks.

On this occasion, the PPA presented to the Dien Bien Police Department 01 bust of President Ho Chi Minh which made from bronze and weighed 60 kg.
