Training course on application of system thinking and the advanced Malik management system in effective management and leadership

At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh highly appreciated the activities of the Malik Institute over the years, especially the valuable theories and scientific research works of Professor Malik.

Following by the announcement of opening the training course, Senior Lieutenant General, Deputy Minister Thanh emphasized that it was necessary to apply the scientific achievements of Malik Institute in the activities of the Public Security force in Vietnam, especially into developing the PPA to become the leading training institution and meet the national standards.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Constantin Malik affirmed the close relationship between the Malik Institute and the PPA. He was looking forward to continue the cooperation with the PPA in term of research and applying the scientific achievements of the Malik Institute in police training to improve the effectiveness of its professional works.

This training course includes the main contents of: Malik management system, models of system thinking, effective management in the world, application of system thinking in solve non-traditional security issues, etc. In addition, the participants also discuss and formulate the practical models in order to apply in their agencies.

The training course takes place from October 28th, 2019 to November 1st, 2019.
