On August 29th 2019, PPA held a Handover Ceremony of the Manual on Human Trafficking Prevention and Support for Victims of Human Trafficking Crime.
With the approval of the Ministry of Public Security's Leaders, the PPA collaborated with Pacific Links Foundation to compile and complete a Manual on Human Trafficking Prevention and Support for Victims of Human Trafficking Crime.
The Manual consists of 8 chapters with the introduction of regulations and laws related to human trafficking and the introduction of specific methods to prevent and combat human trafficking.
The clear and easy-to-understanding structure of the Manual would help the readers easy to follow and suitable for professional research.
At the Ceremony, the representative of PPA delivered a speech expressing the appreciation of the cooperation between the functional departments of PPA and Pacific Links Foundation to implement the Project of compiling teaching materials on human trafficking prevention and support victims of trafficking crimes. The completion of this Manual is one important output of the project.
The Manual is considered as useful document for lecturers, officers and students of the Academy in learning and researching on human trafficking prevention. The project in general and compiling of this Manual in particular would be a suppressive factor in improving the professional capacity of lecturers, officers and students of PPA.
