Voluntary Blood Donation Day is held in the lively atmosphere of Youth Month in 2017, is one of the activities to mark the 86th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and welcome the 17^th Communist Youth Union Congress of PPA, term 2017 - 2019.

With the message: “Voluntary blood donation for beloved comrades”, the Organization Board of Voluntary Blood Donation Day wishes to propagate and raise awareness of the PPA’s youth about the role, importance of blood and noble meaning of blood donation, thereby stimulating the spirit of voluntary and willing to donate blood for the comrades and community, contribute to overcoming the situation of lack of blood and imbalance of blood type.

The Youth of the PPA enthusiastically participated in voluntary blood donation day

In the blood donation day, the doctors of the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Viet Duc Hospital and 198 Hospital - Ministry of Public Security conducted health check, blood test and health consultation for the youth of the PPA before donating blood.

At the end of the Voluntary Blood Donation Day, the Organization Board collected more than 600 units to serve for the community health care. This is a noble gesture that rises from the understanding, responsibility and kindness of Youth Union members of the PPA and contributes to building a good image of the police officers in the minds of the people.
