Attending were Mohammed, the first Secretary of the Palestinian Embassy at Vietnam, Major General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, Director of the PPA, members of the PPA Directorate and leaders of functional units within the PPA.

Implementing guidance of the Government and the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on training cooperation between Vietnam and Palestine, on 12th, December, 2011, the PPA received and held the opening ceremony on criminal and anti-drug police training course for Palestinian Minister of Interior and National Security.
 
After 6 years of learning at the PPA, under interest of the MPS, the Public Security Force Building General Department and of leaders, officers, lecturers of the PPA, accompanying with effort of students, now 100 percent of students finished the learning program and were graduated certification by the Director of the PPA.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel, Dr Tran Minh Chat, Deputy Director of the PPA praised achievement of the Palestinian students, hoped after graduating the training course, students will promote the efficiency of the learned knowledge in the process of work, to complete assigned tasks and contribute to maintaining social order and safety in Palestine in particular and in the world in general. He also would like the students will be the positive factors contributing to strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations between Vietnam and Palestine.
