On April 13th, at the PPA, Lao and Cambodia’s traditional New Year celebrated joyfully and solitarily. On this occasion, representative of the PPA director board, functional units within the PPA and many Vietnamese student at the PPA attended and congratulation Lao and Cambodian students.

At the celebration, attenders including leaders, teachers and students of three countries danced together, threw colored powder, splashed one another with all types of water weapons and tied threads around the wrists of the friends to pray for health, luck and prosperity for them.
Although all of faces were painted with talcum powder, body were wet, all people were still smile and felt happy and funny.
Laos and Cambodia’s traditional New Year celebrated in PPA will promote traditional friendship and solidarity among the PPA, Laos and Cambodia students in particular, and among three countries in general.
