Closing ceremony of 2nd training course for officers planned to be Deputy Head of Division and equivalence in People’s Public Security forces in 2017
Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA delivered a speech at the closing ceremony

Attending the ceremony were Senior Colonel, Dr. Mai Duc Hai, Deputy Director of Training Department, Ministry of Public Security; Representatives of units under the Training Department, Ministry of Public Security; Representatives from the functional units of the PPA and all the trainees of the course.

After studying period, 106 trainees completed the training program with 32 special subjects and 5 practical reports on politics, law, judicial reform, situation of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety, skills in managing, directing and directing the professional activities of the Public Security force.

During the course, the trainees had a dedicated guidance of qualified experts from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, National Academy of Public Administration and the leaders of the General Departments, Departments who have a lot of practical experience. In particular, the foreign experts made the presentations relating to the leadership and command in the police force of the countries in the region and in the world.

After completing the training course, the trainees mastered the knowledge to handle the remaining issues of leadership and command in the fight against crime.

At the closing ceremony, 100% of the students received the Certificates from the PPA.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA praised the results of the course. The Vice President of the Academy required the trainees to keep learning and apply knowledge into practical work to improve the efficiency of professional work as well as leadership capacity at the agencies.
