Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Van Ly, Director of the Training Department, Ministry of Public Security; Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA; Representatives of the functional units of the Academy; 95 officers and lecturers participated in the course.

The training course took place from August 1^st - 9^th, 2017 with the participation of 95 trainees who were in charge of inspection; leaders, officers, lecturers of the departments, faculties and centers participated in self-assessment activities of the PPA and the officers responsible for the task of examinations and education quality assurance.

During the course, the trainees will be provided with an overview of the orientations for education and training in the Public Security force; knowledge, experience relating to the examinations, inspection and education quality assurance at home and abroad; standards, criteria and procedures for accreditation of education and training institutions; ways to management, creating question bank, management, exploitation and usage of exam questions, etc.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA affirmed that this was a practical training course for education and training at the Academy. The training course would improve the knowledge of officers and lecturers about the education quality assurance as well as put the examinations and education quality assurance at the PPA in order.

After the opening ceremony, the trainees started the first lesson with the topic on renovation of education, training, testing, examinations and evaluation in the police training institutions taught by Major General Nguyen Van Ly, Director of the Training Department, Ministry of Public Security.
