Summarizing final internship of courses D39 and D26 Laos

Attending the conference were Senior Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dac Hoan, Vice President of the PPA, representatives of functional units of the PPA and students of the courses D39 and D26 Laos.

The final internship of 1,001 students of courses D39 and D26 Laos was held from March 27th, 2017 to July 16th, 2017 and had good results. The students always had steadily political spirit, adhere the assignment of the PPA and the locality; be ready to get the task, overcome all difficulties to complete the plan of final internship.

During the internship, the students of courses D39 and D26 Laos always performed well the contents and targets of internship assigned by the specialized departments. Typically, 100% students of administrative management on social order major studied and mastered the methods of residence registration and management, the arrangement, supplementing and exploitation of archives, inhabitants, ID card; made the contact with the objects more than 400 times, etc.

Students in investigation and reconnaissance specialties were directly involved in basic investigations under the guidance of local officers; received and processed information on denouncing crimes; together with practical officers conducted a number of reconnaissance measures and tactics; participated in the arrest, interrogation of the accused, the testimony of the witness and the victim; joined in scene examination, etc.

Students in the Traffic Police specialty participated in propaganda and mobilization of the masses to comply with the Law on Road Traffic, participated in procedures for registration, management of means, inspection of means, directly involved in traffic patrol, traffic guidance and command in the complex areas and routes; participated in the investigation of road traffic accidents and completed more than 450 traffic accident records.

Especially, it was the first time the students of English for Police specialty have the final internship in Phu Quoc Island. Despite many difficulties, the students actively researched, exchanged and learnt experience of the local police. In addition to participating in professional activities, the students communicated with foreigners, researched and sum up the articles relating to the law enforcement.

12 students were awarded after the internship

Recognizing the results of the final internships of courses D39 and D26 Laos, the President of the PPA awarded Certificates of merit to 12 students with many achievements in their internship. 81 students who made excellent achievements during the internship were rewarded by the locality.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dac Hoan, Vice President of the PPA highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the courses D39 and D26 Laos during the internship. He also acknowledged the opinions of functional departments and required that the shortcomings and limitations existing in this internship should be overcome in order to improve the efficiency of the education and training of the PPA.
