Attending the Ceremony was Maj.Gen.Prof.Dr. Bui Minh Giam, Director of Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security (MPS); the representatives of leaders of People’s Police institutions; the representatives of leaders of MPS; the representatives of leaders of provincial police departments such as Vinh Phuc Province Police Department, Tuyen Quang Province Police Department, Da Nang Province Police Department. On the side of PPA, there was Maj.Gen.Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of PPA; senior experts; leaders of functional departments; lecturers and 288 new masters of the 25th Master Course in 2019.

The PPA is one of the high quality education institutions of MPS that has implemented effectively the post-graduate training programs. After 27 years of implementing the post-graduate program, the Academy has trained more than 400 doctors, more than 4.000 masters, which is contributing significantly to the purpose of training highly qualified personnel for MPS, and meeting the requirements of providing the high quality polices to ensure national security and social order & safety. Besides, the Academy is also cooperated with the Danang University, the Northwest University and the Hue University to conduct the joint master program.

The Academy has contributed to supplementing high quality human resources, highly qualified scientific staffs to research institutes, academies and functional units of the People’s Police force. It is also contributing to supplement and complete professional theories in fighting crimes, protecting national security, social order & safety. In addition, the Academy has also contributed the high quality human resources for the Ministry of Defense, the Supreme People’s Court, and high qualified human resources for Laos and Cambodia.

Major General, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Huong presented Degrees to masters

At the Ceremony, the Directorate Board of the Academy announced the Decisions and Awarded Master's degrees to 288 post-graduate students who successfully completed of studying and defending the Master's thesis at the Scientific Council of PPA. The Directorate Board also awarded merit certificates to 16 post-graduate students who had excellent achievements of learning, training, and scientific research.

At the Ceremony, Maj.Gen. Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Huong - President of PPA gave speech to congratulate the 288 new masters of the 25^th Course to successful defend the thesis, and successful complete all the tasks of the program.  He also appreciated the distribution of the excellent essays to the theoretical and practical research of preventing and fighting crimes, government management on security and order, strengthening the management, leadership capacity to implement the tasks of People's Police force.

He proposed 288 new masters to keep continue to self-improve and contribute the researches of crime preventing & combating and ensuring security & social order to the Academy, which awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces, study 2 times.
