On May 19th, 2017, the PPA cooperated with the High Command of Border Guard to organize the Inauguration ceremony of Community house to present the people of Tung Sang hamlet, A Mu Sung commune, Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province and the cultural exchange program between the PPA Youth Union and the Youth Union of A Mu Sung border post.
A Mu Sung commune is a extremely difficult borderland, located at the northernmost point of Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province. This area is nearly 100km from the district center, up to 50% of local people are poor households.

After more than two months of construction, Community house of Tung Sang hamlet, A Mu Sung commune has been completed and handed over to the local people. The Community house has a total area of over 300m2, with a total cost of over 600 million.
Bookcase for the local pupils
With a heart toward the borderland, the officers of the PPA and the High Command of Border Guard have donated the expense of the house. A Mu Sung border post and the local people have contributed over 150 workdays.
The Community house is a meaningful gift that the officers of the PPA donated to the people of Tung Sang hamlet to provide the place for community activities, contributing to help A Mu Sung commune early complete the targets of new rural development.

On this occasion, within the framework of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the PPA and the High Command of Border Guard, the PPA Youth Union and the Youth Union of A Mu Sung border post signed a MoU with contents, such as: holding seminars, thematic talk on tradition of two units, etc.

In addition, the PPA Youth Union agreed to sponsor for five excellent pupils who overcome difficult circumstance, with the amount of 4 million VND per year within two years; donated 20 gifts to the extremely difficult households, each gift is worth 500,000 VND and bookcase for children, which located in the Tung Sang Community house.
