On 21st May, 2013, the
PPA held the appearing ceremony of the Department of examination and training
quality assurance.
At the appearing ceremony, Colonel Vu Manh De, Head of the
Staff Management Department announced the Decision on founding the PPA’s
Department of examination and training quality assurance by the Ministry of Public
Security and on appointing officers to work at the new department.
As assigned duties, the department for examination and training
quality assurance will be responsible for consulting PPA’s leaders about activities
of examination and training quality assurance; researching to propose methods
for assessing students’ study; building and managing of exam question bank; holding
mission of marking and managing exam students’ exam papers. The department also
takes responsibility for appreciating PPA’s graduation qualification; assessing
and distributing and keeping graduation Certificate.
Speaking at the meeting, Major General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan
Yem, President of the PPA congratulated the Department of examination and training
quality assurance’s officers. He also asked the department’s officers to stabilize
its organizational structure soon, carry out effectively assigned tasks;
coordinated closely with related units within the PPA to consult and propose
timely with the PPA Directorate Board on the issues relating to examination and
training quality assurance so as to contribute to building the PPA becoming the
key Academy of the Ministry of Public
Security and the nation.
