2. The dissertation clarifies the understanding of special goods. Based on the government's and the Ministry of Public Security’s regulations on the protection of special goods transportation by the Mobile Police Force, the dissertation thoroughly analyzes and clarifies theoretical issues regarding the protection of special goods transportation by the Mobile Police Force, including: definitions, characteristics, legal basis, principles, content, methods, leadership, direction, and coordination in the protection of special goods transportation by the Mobile Police Force.
