1. The dissertation proposes new concepts and characteristics regarding the investigation of criminal cases involving violations of food safety regulations; and the organization of such investigations in accordance with the functions of the Criminal Investigation Police Agency.

The dissertation conducts a detailed and comprehensive survey and assessment of the current situation of investigating criminal cases involving violations of food safety regulations in accordance with the functions of the Criminal Investigation Police Agency; analyzes and clarifies the achieved results, existing shortcomings and limitations, as well as the causes of such shortcomings and limitations.
The dissertation provides forecasts on relevant developments and influencing factors affecting the investigation of criminal cases involving violations of food safety regulations in accordance with the functions of the Criminal Investigation Police Agency in the coming period. Based on the synthesis and analysis of practical issues, the dissertation proposes a relatively comprehensive and systematic set of solutions. Each solution clarifies both substantive content and organizational implementation; collectively, the proposed solutions demonstrate coherence, feasibility, and suitability to the practical requirements of investigating criminal cases involving violations of food safety regulations in accordance with the functions of the Criminal Investigation Police Agency.
