As a part of cooperative program between the Vietnamese Ministry of
Public Security and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as
cooperative schedule of the PPA and the Moscow University, between 20th
to 28th, February 2013, the PPA delegation led by Major General,
Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, Director of the PPA visited officially some training
units within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs to discuss cooperative
measures on police training and scientific research between both sides.
On the occasion, the PPA visited and
worked the Leadership Academy within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Receiving the PPA delegation were senior lieutenant-general, Prof.Dr Gordienko
Vladimir Vasilevich, Director of the Academy. Speaking at the working session, on
behalf of PPA former students and post-graduate students at the Academy, Major
General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, Director of the PPA express deeply grateful
to support of teachers and officers in teaching, learning and researching to
gain great achievements now.
Also, both sides discussed cooperative activities in the coming time such as: supporting for teachers and officers, holding workshop, exchanging teaching experience…. The PPA and the Leadership Academy agreed to research carefully draft of the Memorandum of Understanding between both side to submit and ask permission both Ministry.

After, the PPA delegation visited and worked the Moscow University within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Receiving were Lieutenant General Nhicolai Victorovich Rumensov, Head of the university, Major General Sergey Stenecovich Zevlancovich, Permanent Deputy Head of the university, Colonel Alla Vaxilevna Bungoseva, Deputy Head for training management and other related units. At the working session, both sides discussed situation of training, scientific research of two schools and agreed to promote cooperative activities in the coming time. Also, the PPA expressed deeply grateful to the Moscow University for making good condition for Vietnamese students learning at the university. At the end of the visit, Major General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, Director of the PPA and Headmaster of the Moscow University signed the Memorandum of Understanding. It is a important event to mark cooperative process between two schools last time, which make favorable condition to launch new cooperative activities next time.
On the occasion, the PPA
delegation visited seven Vietnamese students learning here. The PPA Director met,
checked and gave presents for them, also encouraged them to do their best to
learn more and more.

The delegation also visited the centre of special police
training within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs where is equipped modern
equipment with professional training program. Here, the delegation was seen a manoeuvre on crisis prevention and hostage kidnap.
