Closing ceremony of training course for police officers of Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security 2013
Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Deputy President of the PPA presented graduated Certification for Palestinian students

Attending the event, there were Saadi Salama, the Palestinian extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Vietnam; Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Deputy President of the PPA and leaders of functional departments within the PPA.

 

Implementing guidance of the Government and the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on training cooperation between Vietnam and Palestine, on 14th, January, 2013, the PPA received and held the opening ceremony on criminal and anti-drug police training course for ten police women from the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security.

 

After 6 months of studying and training at the PPA, the Palestinian students had been provided knowledge on two dissertation including: professional skills on crime preventing and Drug-related crimes. Besides, they were also exchanged knowledge and expertise on dealing with the emerging issues by Vietnamese colleagues, help them to compare with and apply in the real situation in their country.

 

Ending the training course, 100 percent of students successfully finished the training program and were decided to graduating certification by the President of the PPA.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Deputy President of the PPA praised achievement of the Palestinian students, hoped that after graduating the training course, students would promote the efficiency of the obtained knowledge in the process of work, complete perfectly assigned tasks and contribute to maintaining social order and safety in Palestine in particular and in the world in general. He also would like those students to be the positive factors contributing to strengthen the friendship and cooperative relations between Vietnam and Palestine.
