With the purpose of advising the Party, the State, the Government and the National Assembly on solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ensuring traffic order and safety in an effort to build a safe society, the Ministry of Public Security had invited a number of scientists and managers to the scientific conference.

At the meeting, delegates discussed approaches to reduce traffic accidents, traffic congestions and restore traffic order and safety, contributing to socio-economic development in the current situation.

They also deeply analyzed major issues and their causes, and gave solutions to the issues.

Delegates also focused on the relationship between the traffic and socio-economic development, as well as pointed out the current traffic situation in the country, the work of ensuring traffic order and safety of functional forces in recent times, obstacles to the application of the law related to the management of traffic order and safety, state management of traffic order and safety.

They also clarified the responsibilities and functions between the traffic police force and the transport sector in road sections prone to traffic accidents and traffic congestions, and offered measures to minimize the number of traffic accidents and traffic congestion.
