At the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To thoroughly briefed delegates on the contents of the coordination regulation between the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee and the provincial-level Party committees on Party work, political work and mass mobilization work in the local police forces.
 
At the Conference, under the direction of Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To, delegates focused on discussing Party and political work in local-level police units and results achieved in one year of implementing Resolution No. 12 as well as clarified advantages and difficulties in realizing the resolutions.

On behalf of the Politburo, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Secretariat, Head of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai highly complemented the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee for the good organization of the meeting.
 
In order to continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo and Decision No. 90 of the Secretariat, Ms. Truong Thi Mai suggested that the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee continue to thoroughly study, be fully aware of the force building, and successfully build clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces.

“This is the responsibility not only of the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee and Ministry of Public Security, but also of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, agencies, units at all levels along with the supports of people from all walks of life.
 
On behalf of the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam thanked Ms Truong Thi Mai and the Secretariat for their support, and pledged to step up the implementation of the resolutions in the coming time.

Minister To Lam also suggested that the Party committees of the provinces and cities boost coordination with the Public Secuirty Central Party Committee and render support for local police in realizing Resolution No. 12 while strengthening leadership of Party work, political work, and mass mobilization work in local police units.
