Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To stated, at a time when the entire Party, people and armed forces are trying their best to make achievements to celebrate the 133rd birthday of the great President Ho Chi Minh, National Liberation Hero, world cultural celebrity, Dear Father of the People's Armed Forces and people of Vietnam, the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security were solemnly holding a ceremony to mark 75 years of the People's Public Security Forces studying and implementing Uncle Ho’s Six Teachings and 75 years of the People's Public Security Forces building the force (March 11 1948). 
 
“In this solemn moment, we respectfully remember and express our infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, who found, educated and trained the heroic Vietnamese People's Public Security Forces. This is also the time we recall and memorize the merits of heroic martyrs, compatriots and comrades who bravely fought and sacrificed themselves for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for national security and for a peaceful life peace, happiness of the people” stressed the deputy minister.

Speaking at the ceremony, affirming his infinite loyalty and gratitude to the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho, a representative of the young generation of the People's Public Security Forces pledged that the youth of the People's Public Security Forces will always be committed to studying and implementing Uncle Ho’s Six Teachings as well as devote their pure heart, bright mind and youthfulness to the cause of safeguarding national security and maintaining social order, contributing to building a beautiful, powerful and prosperous Vietnam, as beloved Uncle Ho always wanted.
