The 19^th postgraduate course included over 250 students who were trained at two places: the PPA and the Da Nang University in Da Nang City.

Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the Academy 

presented the Certification of Merit for ten excellent Masters 

for their excellent achievements on studying and managing class.

At the PPA, the 19^th postgraduate course trained in two specialties: Criminology and Criminal Investigation; Administration on Social Order and Safety. Trainees were officers of the Police Force, the Court, the  People’s Procuracy, the Government Office and international students. Closing the course, trainees defended successfully their master theses, especially ten of them were awarded for their excellent achievements on studying and managing the class.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA congratulated the new Masters in 2013 and hoped that the new Masters would strengthen the sense of responsibility and actively contribute their talent and knowledge to the cause of protecting national security and social order and public safety.

Furthermore, H.E. Nguyen Xuan Yem confirmed that the PPA would continue to enhance training quality, renovate teaching methods, update new knowledge, pay more attention to practice, promote positiveness and independence in study and research of the trainees in order that each of the new Masters graduated from the PPA would be high-qualified, meet demands and duties in new situation.
