Reports praised the achievement of PPA’s officers and students in the last time, pointed out limitation, mistakes and map out their tasks, direction and programs aiming at implementing seriously movement “People security learns from President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” and campaign “People security abides by regulation, builds cultural lifestyle to serve people”.

Responding the movement and campaign organized by the Ministry of Public Security, PPA held and took part in many meaningful activities which effectively influenced on officers and students’ thought in improving political awareness, sense of responsibility and attitudes toward assigned work.

PPA held 85 talks and many local radio talk shows about current situation in the country and the world. Additionally, PPA took part in many seminars and contest on finding President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example attracting participation of 600 works, in which 20 works received PPA’s prize.  Moreover, PPA co-worked with media companies to make many films and reports; especially, a 40 episode film named “Police Student” which talks about portrait of  the future police.  

 To carry out this campaign, PPA developed plans with three key methods including focusing on reorganizing and implementing its regulation; making clear environment around the Academy; launching the movement “Disciplinary School, exemplary Teacher, positive Student” and opening extra-curricular activities for officers and students.

In particular, on 31st August 2011, young-teacher club held a talk about “Communicative culture of young teachers and officers” and on 29th September 2011, the PPA had a discussion on “Communication Culture in PPA” as well.  

Summarizing the 5-year implementation of 05/CT-BCA direction, two units got excellent emulation flag of Ministry of Public Security, three ones received certificate of merit; three units and 8 individuals complemented by General Department of Building Force; 7 units and 17 individuals got certificate of merit  from PPA Director. Summarizing the 2-year campaign “People security abides by regulation, builds cultural lifestyle to serve people”, 10 units and 12 individuals complemented by PPA Director thanks to achieving the best results in the campaign.
