Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, the Party Central Committee member, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Tu , Deputy Director General of the General Department of Building up Forces; Major General Nguyen Tuong Long, Director of Technique and Uniform Management and Equipment, the General Department of Logistics - Techniques, Ministry of Public Security. As for the PPA was Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the Academy, and the Representatives of the PPA’s functional units.

Representatives tested function of the two electronic shooting-ranges

Under the interest and support by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the General Department of Logistics - Techniques, in the new school year 2013-2014, the PPA has been equipped with two electronic shooting-ranges - one of the most modern shooting simulator system of the Ministry of Public Security.

Control systems and display screen

The electronic shooting-ranges equipped with advanced devices to support the PPA students for shooting practice from basic to high level, including simulator of the Glock 19, real gun Glock 19, simulator of the MP5 and Shootingback system to put pressure on the students; and other devices  such as photo slideshow and audio system, computer control systems, Laser acquisition devices, display and control devices. The electronic shooting-ranges covering an area of 200 square meters with a total budget of over 24 billion VND would be put into use for the shooting training at the Academy at the soonest.
