At this place, Major General Nguyen Xuan Yem, leaders of Quang Ngai’s Police and the Ly Son People’s Committee inaugurated the monumental gateway in the display house of the Bac Hai managing Hoang Sa team.  This project includes improving fence system built by granite, stainless steel gate in order to make the campus beautiful and clean, thanks to 150 millions VND contributed from salary of the PPA’s officers.

Located in the centre of Ly Son Island District, Hoang Sa statue and the display house of the Bac Hai managing Hoang Sa team stand haughtily before waves and sun and wind, as a symbol for the affirmation of our country's sovereignty Hoang Sa Islands. In addition, there are hundreds of documents, the objects on display which are relevant to Vietnam sovereignty and Hoang Sa militia are showing and saving at the display house.

On behalf of Ly Son people, Mr Nguyen Tai Luan, Deputy Secretary of Ly Son Standing Committee gives Ly Son’s handful of earth to the PPA so as to display at the PPA traditional house, aiming at training PPA’s officers and students about Ly Son island district.

On this occasion, the PPA and leaders of  Quang Ngai Police also gave gifts to officers and soldiers of  Ly Son district, awarded 25 scholarships to poor students, overcoming difficulties of learning on the island.
